Platform Constraint: No SSR/Prerendering

Base44 deploys as a pure client-side React SPA. There is no server-side rendering (SSR) or static prerendering. Googlebot's fast (HTML-only) crawler sees a blank <div id="root"></div> on first visit. Only Google's slower "Wave 2" renderer (which executes JavaScript) can see your actual content. Wave 2 rendering can be delayed by days or weeks, and may never happen for pages Google deems low-priority. This is the single largest contributor to your GSC indexation issues and cannot be fully resolved within the platform — only mitigated.

Mitigation strategy: Strong sitemaps, internal linking, schema in index.html (pre-JS), and high-authority backlinks signal to Google that Wave 2 rendering is worth prioritizing on your pages.

Remaining Action Items (Manual)

1.

Fix duplicate state→Denver pages: Open each /moving-from-[state]-to-denver page and add canonicalUrl="https://chooseeric.com/moving-to-denver-from-[state]" to SEOHead. This resolves: "Duplicate, Google chose different canonical."

2.

Audit Relocation city pages for thin content: Review /RelocationBuffaloNY, /RelocationMemphisTN, /RelocationOmahaNE, /RelocationNewOrleansLA, /RelocationLouisvilleKY. Each needs 300+ unique words specific to that city. If thin, add noindex temporarily via SEOHead.

3.

Add cross-links from hub pages: /denver-neighborhoods should link to every neighborhood sub-page. /colorado-relocation should link to all migration pages. /best-denver-neighborhoods should link to neighborhood guides. This creates crawl paths for orphaned pages.

4.

Submit updated sitemap in GSC: Go to Google Search Console → Sitemaps → delete old submission → resubmit https://chooseeric.com/sitemap.xml. This forces Google to recrawl with the cleaned sitemap.

5.

Request URL indexing for priority pages in GSC: Use URL Inspection tool on /moving-to-denver, /colorado-relocation, /best-denver-neighborhoods, /washington-park-denver, /cherry-creek-north-denver → click "Request Indexing" after each inspection.

6.

Validate rendering in GSC URL Inspection: Use "Test Live URL" → "View Tested Page" → "Screenshot" tab to see what Googlebot actually renders. Check that page content is visible (not blank). Do this for /moving-to-denver, /colorado-relocation, /best-denver-neighborhoods.

Google Search Console Validation Steps

URL Inspection (do for each priority page)
  1. Open GSC → URL Inspection
  2. Enter the canonical URL
  3. Click "Test Live URL"
  4. Check "Page is eligible to be indexed"
  5. View Screenshot → confirm content visible
  6. Check "Detected canonical" matches your declared canonical
  7. If looks good → "Request Indexing"
